Step 1
Make an Appointment
Get started by giving one of our friendly team members a call to arrange a date and time that’s suitable for you. Appointments are available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day, enabling us to fit around your busy lifestyle.
You do need an appointment to visit Emstrey Bridal so that you can have the whole shop to yourself. Alternatively, drop us a message via email or Facebook and we will arrange an appointment for you.
Step 2
Come and Visit Us
And now the exciting part – dress time! Although exciting, dress shopping can also be daunting. Trust our team to guide you through the process and make the whole experience relaxed, informative, and fun. During your 2-hour appointment, we will help you in and out of dresses, advising you of any styles or shapes you may have missed.
There is a seating area in your bridal party so that your guests can enjoy a marshmallow or two while they wait to see you in your dresses. We recommend that you choose 2 or 3 guests whose opinions mean the most to you to minimise the stress of deciding on the right dress. Unlike other bridal shops, we encourage you to take photos when you try our dresses.
Step 3
Say Yes to the Dress
Once you have found the gown and you are ready to commit, it’s time to say yes to the dress. Take photos, use our props, and enjoy your special moment. Depending on when your wedding is, we will measure you up for your dress and advise you on when your dress will arrive in our boutique.
Step 4
Have Your Perfect Dress Fitted
As soon as your dress arrives at our boutique, we will contact you with the good news. We will then arrange a time for you to view the dress and any accessories you have chosen. At this time, we will make an appointment with a seamstress for you.
We can suggest a good seamstress who knows our dresses well. Once payment is completed, you can pick up your dress and take it to the seamstress, who will also steam it and make sure it’s perfect in time for your big day.
Step 5
Feel Amazing on Your Big Day
When your big day arrives, you’ll finally get to put on that fabulous gown for real. We love seeing the photos of our brides on their special day, so please feel free to send them to us!
